Witches Of The New World Releasing in 2025

I am sooo excited for Witches Of The New World to release. This new single player, 3rd person action/horror videogame with a deep combat system, RPG elements and character progression.

This player (Jedediah Hopkins) is a witchfinder based on historical accounts as he uncovers demonic agents in a fantastical reinterpretation of Salem during the witch hunting craze in the late 17th century.

It looks extremely fun to play with some horror twists and great story telling.

Anyone else excited for this games release?

What are your thoughts on this game?

Frankly speaking, I have never heard of the game until now. I just checked it out and it seems it is a horror game that blends RPG and soul elements, and I think the game can be pretty exciting. By the way, do we have a release date?

Unfortunately, it only says it will be launched in 2025 but not specific date as of yet. I'm hoping as we approach 2025 that they will give us a release date.

This is my first time hearing about this game, and I've done some research about it. I guess I'll give it a try once it's available. The witchfinder, Jedediah Hopkins, is an intriguing character. I'd want to play the Witchfinder and discover what really happened about strange happenings affecting Salem. I also enjoy how I'll be able to improve what I can do to conquer hurdles.

This is the first time I read about this game, guided by the trailer, could it be similar to dark soul? Because if that's the case, I think this game has a lot of promise. You don't see much in the trailer either, but from the final part it seems like that's the case.
