Between Resident evil 4 and dead space, which one has the best combat mechanism and why?

This is clearly a very personal question of each person's experience, but in my case Resident Evil 4 is the best in every way.

Frankly speaking, I will go with Dead Space for its combat mechanism. The strategic dismemberment mechanic adds a unique layer of tension and requires precision, making every encounter more intense. While Resident Evil 4 certainly has great combat, it leans more toward action. Dead Space truly excels in blending horror with tactical combat.
