I have read that The Evil Within 2 got a better level design and good characters. I am thinking of playing this game, but if you've play both the first one and this, what would you say about which one that is better?

Well, The Evil Within 2 did not make me satisfied as I had hoped. Maybe I had high expectations and the game did not meet my expectations. The open-world areas felt empty and slowed down the horror pacing. I agree that there strong moments, but the story did not have any horror impact.

I haven't played Evil Within games but a friend of mine told me about them. I still haven't created time to play them. But I was told that the second one is way better because of its bigger levels and stronger story.

It had some minor glitches in my opinion. There was noticeable frame rate drops and the plots were kind of predictable. Maybe it’s because I am well familiar with the Prequel.

I have played both, and honestly it’s up to you. The Evil Within is more intense and leans into psychological horror with a tighter design. The Evil Within 2 opens up more and feels more polished overall. The characters and story in the second one are more interesting too. If you want a more immersive story and a bit of freedom to explore I’d say go for the second one. But if you want pure survival horror vibes the first is still worth it!

The Evil Within 2 was a game I had high hopes for and ended up being disappointed by which was not something I expected after enjoying Evil Within. It was for sure a game I felt was rushed and not thought through.

I played The Evil Within 2 once. It’s a scary game that's better than the first one in many ways. You should expect bigger levels and more interesting characters of you haven't play it.

I had played "The Evil Within 2," and I thoroughly appreciated the storyline and psychological fear it provided. Playing as Sebastian Castellanos allowed me to take on the role of a detective, even if just in a horror game. I loved the variety of issues handled, including atonement and guilt. The monsters were extremely horrifying, and managing resources added to the intense nature of the game, especially because healing goods were limited.
