What do you think about Resident Evil 2?

I am looking at trying this game out and would want to know how easy or difficult it is for someone playing it for the first time. Do you think it is very difficult or easy?

RE 2 is kinda old now though. I believe it was released in the late 90s and is also known as Biohazard 2 in some places. The game was decent for me, I used to play the character called Leon, and go up against zombies and monsters.
There is a remake of RE2 released for Xbox and PlayStation 4 in 2019, so if you want to experience newer graphics, I will advise you to go for that.
 
I wouldn't want to play the game because it doesn't offer some higher level of horror elements that I am looking for. It is mainly the reason I would want to seek alternatives instead such as RE 4 remake or RE 8.
 
Honestly I love it, it's the first resident evil I played, and I can't remember it more fondly, I also played the remake and I liked it a lot, after resident evil 4 it's my favorite resident evil.
 
Combat in Resident Evil 2 is quite strategic. A player must deploy resource management at it's finest to be able to survive. It is one aspect of Resident Evil 2 that I consider makes it worth trying.
 
Resident evil 2 has Always delievered in It's brand of survival horror. This is a Masterpiece of claustrophobie, tense ,immersive gameplay that allows the game to stay with you long After It's over.
 
Resident Evil 2 is a great game with an intense and interesting story. I like how Claire Redfield has a distinctive character that entwines with others.
 
which is a great game and the pioneer in giving way to the great Lion Kennedy, I don't like it as much as Resident Evil 4 but it is in position 4 of the best Resident evil for me
 
I won't say that Resident Evil 2 is very difficult for a first timer. The truth is that it is challenging to be able to ration your resources like ammo and healing items if you have not tried over and over to master it. Scarce resources is the major challenge that I find with Resident Evil 2 for a first time player.
