There are so many action horror video games around but I think that when it comes to the the most prominent one, it's going to be the Resident Evil Series. Resident Evil 4 (Remake), Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil Village would be my favourites on the franchise.

What's your favourite Resident Evil game?
 
All of Resident Evil series are all good and interesting game to play. Resident Evil 4, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard and Resident Evil Village are highly on top of my list. The storylines and gameplay is topnotch.
 
I love the Resident Evil saga, My favorites are Resident Evil 2, 3, 4 and 7, especially the 4 was a before and after for me in the saga, this game is a cult work for me.
 
I think the original RE4 was better than the remake though. I dont get why most people usually go the remake.
 
The resident evil 4 remake is definitely my favorite, it has better controls than the original, not to mention the graphics. I have always been a fan of good graphics.
 
Resident Evil 1: The first part with basic mechanics and atmosphere of the series. Of course, it can be classified as a horror game.

Resident Evil 4: Considerably altered the trend of the series by introducing shoulder perspective and shooting.

Resident Evil 7: The more appropriate title seems to be the first part; it is essentially a survival horror game but with a first-person view.

Each game has something new to offer without moving away from the core theme of outliving the countless hordes of monsters.
 
These are my best too. The storyline and gameplay is what really keep my attention to the game. I love the graphics too. Every of the series have their best too.
 
Resident Evil 1 is my favorite. It was the first game I played in the series, and I played it on our PlayStation. The limited resources in this game really add to the tension. Hehe
 
I did not love the resident evil 1. But l have noticed that there is big improvement in resident evil 2. Resident evil 7 is such an abnormal Masterpiece. All are worth playing expect RE 1 and RE 5.
 
I am not the biggest fan of the Resident Evil series, but I have played a few of the games. Resident Evil 4 (remake) was definitely an enjoyable experience with its action-packed gameplay and intense atmosphere. I can see why it’s so loved. If I had to pick a favorite in this series, it would probably be Resident Evil 2 Remake.
