The 7th Guest received a lot of media attention when it was released. A puzzle-focused horror game with amazing visuals was one of its kind at that time. Players were absolutely amazed with the eerie mansion. However, some players reported that some puzzles were obscure. If you have not played the game, I think this is worth trying if you are looking to play some games from the 90s.

The 7th Guest is probably considered a classic! In the past, it was a day with a seething atmosphere and shadowy visuals, not to mention a remarkable groundbreaking FMV. The puzzles, however, were a complete toss-up: some brilliant and some painfully obscure or frustrating. The mansion and the haunting story are reasons enough to check it out, especially for fans of retro games. A great experience in how puzzle-oriented horror games were born.

The 7th Guest revolves around in solving puzzles to progress through the storyline. It's a classic horror game that it's blend of puzzle-solving, exploration and eerie atmosphere makes the great experience in the game.

Would love to try this game, but am not sure I would enjoy the puzzle aspect. Puzzles has always been something I don't always enjoy during gameplay.

I think the narrative of the plot of The 7th Guest is quite excellent and intriguing. With mysteries surrounding the mansion of Henry Stauf, it could be a real interest for modern players trying to unravel it all.

If you’re looking for a frightening horror story and enjoy solving puzzles, The 7th Guest is a great choice. It uses full-motion video, which helps it stand out visually.

If that's the case, you might not like the game. The game is basically about solving puzzles. But hey the game also has stunning visuals and very strange setting, so you might still enjoy it even when you are not into solving puzzles.

I didn't know about this one, another game that from what you say is the most interesting, I will also add it to the list of games that I should play when I have free time
