Should children play psychological horror games?

I think that children who are underaged should not play psychological horror games in an excessive manner. Childhood is a really special period in lives of almost all the people. I remember playing many games during my childhood and those games are still on my mind till this day, despite the fact that I do not remember the names of many of those games. So, shouk children play psychological horror games?

If I am in a power, I would never allow kids below the age of 15 years to play any kind of horror games, However, kids above 15 might play action horror games. I think horror games should be only for people above the age of 18 years.

I think that kids should only be exposed to action horror games that have attributes suitable for their minds. Such action horror games should be themed towards problem solving. And the violence level should be mild and not full blown as normal action horror games.
