Realms of the Haunting is a blend of First Person Shooter and adventure game. When it was released in 1997, it was highly praised for its story and eerie setting. There were complains about awkward combat, however, a lot of people loved it for being narrative-driven horror game. You can explore many unique and bizarre universes in the game.

I love challenging games and Realms of the Haunting was one of them. The way I used to solve challenging puzzles makes the story to be interesting as I progress. It also that kind of horror game that gives jump scares and being faced with terrifying enemies.

I don't know why, but I have always had issues playing first person shooter games. Someone said it's because I simply didn't want to settle down to get use to it.

I can understand that. A lot of people like GTA but I have never taken interest in that game. We al have our own interests and expectations, and it is just find. But hey, this game is also about adventure.

Its unique blend of genres and focus on narrative set it apart from other games of its time, appealing to fans of horror and adventure alike. If you're interested in exploring narrative-driven horror games that explore psychological and supernatural themes, this title is definitely worth revisiting or trying out if you haven't played it yet.

They are not my type of games but I once played it at a cousin's house and honestly it was quite entertaining despite not being the type of video game I like.
