Has anyone watched Paranormal Activity (2007), what do you think about this movie? It is one of the movies that scared hell out of me. The movie was made with a budget of just 15 thousand USD and went on to make $194 million. If you have not watched the movie, I suggest you watch it. You will thank me for recommending the movie.

I've seen all the Paranormal Activities and to me they were boring and the acting in the movie could have been better. I mean I understand they wanted it to be in the people's perspectives, but the camera gets shaky too many times. I think the premise and the thought is excellent but I think the delivery could have been better.

Still worth a watch though especially for younger viewers

I've watched all of them and it's one of my favorite series........

Found footage movies peaked with Cloverfield. It was all downhill after that. It's a trope which has been overdone.

I disagree. There are some good found footage series films, especially the short film style. I'm fond of the V/H/S series. As to the Paranormal Activity, yes, I have seen it. I thought it was up there as one of the better if not best in the series.

I don’t what to expect from the move other than what I did. Before I watched it I knew it was made on a tight budget, so it was not all that extraordinary to me. But like I said, I did not expect much.

I think they were on a tight budget when they did the first one. I don't know if they expect it to turn into a whole series like they did in the beginning.
