Outlast trials vs Phasmophobia, which one would you pick?

I am looking at making a choice between both horror games. There are times that my friends are not around to play the horror games with me and I would wish to play with random people. Why do you think I should pick one instead of the other?

You can choose from both. Outlast Trials is a first-person or single-player survival game. It has jump scares and it really focused on the intense chases so I believe you will go for Outlast Trial and then while Phasmophobia is a cooperative game that requires teamwork and harder investigations in order to win.
