It can be classified as an action horror game. Action games comes with many diverse aspects and that's what really make it an action. It can't only be something of fight without the environment, sounds or designs.

This is true. The challenge with games such as that is that you will always struggle to fit it into one angle, and that is where the issue starts. Once you play games that doesn't have multiple features such as that, you will notice that confusions like this won't matter so much.

It has got all the creepy vibes, monsters, dark environments, and eerie settings that make you feel on edge. The horror elements are strong, especially with the twisted creatures and unsettling atmosphere. I’d say it totally fits the action-horror genre.
