Ideas on horror games with no audio?

I am trying to know if there is any horror game that would require little or no audio to play and one would still enjoy playing the game. A friend suggested Dark Echo, but I don't know how good it is for this purpose.

Yes, there are a couple of horror games with no audio. I have played games like Amnesia and Slender . They only use scary visuals to build tension for the players. They are cool too!

Have you played them? I find sound to be an important part of the experience and would not image what playing without it would be like. However, I am always open to new experiences, so I will cheek out Slander.

Thanks for then suggestions, I will have to check out Slender out as I am looking for a game that would give me that particular feeling that I desire.

I heard there are some horror games that feature little to no audio. One such game is "Inside" by Playdead. The sparse audio design enhances the terror of the experience, especially while navigating the dark environments within the game.

What a good topic, honestly it's the first time I've heard something like this, although for me there is no such thing as something without audio as such, because for example amnesia and slender do have audio, although of course if you remove it it won't have it like any game, but if you mean moments when the game is very quiet to create tension in both amnesia and slenderman there are many moments like that
